Alternatively, we can indirectly connect you through WLR and CPS which enables you to take advantage of cost effective, high quality, reliable, indirectly connected telecom's services that is specifically designed to give you substantial savings on your call changes and line rental.

By transferring your existing infrastructure to us, you will have access to our competitive call rates and services automatically ensuring more efficient routing of calls thereby maximizing your call savings. You get to keep your existing telephone line and number but pay just one bill taking the hassle out of managing line rental and call charges. It also means you are able to get the best call rates for your business.


Being indirectly connected to our network means there is no need for any additional onsite equipment; service provision is quick, easy and hassle free. We manage the entire transfer process ensuring that there are no interruptions to your current service.


We also offer a range of other supplementary services including Direct Dialling In (DDI), this enables callers to gain direct access to individuals within your organisation without the need to go through a switchboards operator. Calling Line Identity (CLI), this allows you to instantly identify the callers telephone number when they call.

Calls Only
If you want to keep your current line provider, you can still benefit from great call charges. By keeping your existing line, but running your calls through us.

There are four ways of accessing our Indirect Connect services, these are:

By manually dialling out 138 Access code

By reprogramming your business telephone system so that users don�t have to remember to dial any access code

By opting for our Carries Pre-Select service, this automatically routes your calls via our network, or

By opting for WLR you get to keep your line, but pay your line rental and call charges all in one bill


Homeworking
Indirect Connect benefits can also be extended to homeworkers. Employees working from home are able to have their calls automatically charged directly to your business bill. This eliminates the need to handle telephone expense claims and enables you to monitor homeworkers� call costs on one, easy to read bill.
